Ana Baez Mateo, BS, is a Research Assistant at the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing and the Inova Heart and Vascular Institute. Originally from the Dominican Republic, she supports cardiovascular health research, participant engagement, and community outreach initiatives focused on improving health outcomes and advancing health equity.
